REDEFINE."), images, graphics, logos, website design, and software - is owned or licensed by Samarebhe Enterprise and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. • Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.
• Shipping: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party courier partners. Samarebhe Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or "Acts of God."

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
